MAZDA RX-7 FD - 25th Anniversary Stand - sponsored by Essex Rotary

The third generation of the RX-7, the ‘FD’ started production in Japan way back in 1991, meaning 2016 sees the 25th anniversary of one of Japan’s and Mazda’s most iconic cars! Our RX-7 Paddock is proudly sponsored by Essex Rotary.

To celebrate we thought we would put on a rather special 25th anniversary display at this year’s show, the RX-7 FD stand will take centre stage at Japfest with over 50 cars in attendance!

From a fire spitting tuned Time Attack RX-7 and super-wide Fortune kitted RX-7 to a limited edition Bathurst and RS-R, the display will have the lot. And for those that like their 13Bs unmolested, there will also be a few standard examples that look liked they’ve just rolled off the assembly line in Hiroshima.

But that’s not all, as at 2pm over 70 Mazda RX-7 FDs will take part in a special parade lap around the famous Silverstone Circuit. It’s going to be an amazing sight, so make sure you don’t miss it!
